SUV Tent Great Fit For Jeep Wrangler!
We want to thank one of our customers, Terry of Kingston, Ontario, for sending in a photo of our SUV Tent on his Jeep Wrangler. The photo shows our 110906 model tent, but our new 110907 model tent will work the same.
The SUV Tent will work with the hard top Wrangler because it’s liftgate rises up just like a rear hatch on an SUV. You can keep the tailgate closed or open. If open, the tailgate will extend into the inside of the SUV Tent. Just be careful not to bang your head in the middle of the night.
Terry says “I was amazed on how much space there was and how easily it setup! One point I would like to make regarding this tent, my wife will actually use it! She is very opposed to tent camping, but with the headroom allowing her to stand up and move about easily, plus the ability to either sleep on the ground or in the back of the Jeep whilst still having access to all of her personal effects. This made for a great experience and has opened the door to further exploration :)”
It looks like Terry found a perfect campsite. One of many on his trip down the Saint Lawrence River from what we hear. Thanks for the great photo!

Yes, our SUV Tent will fit a Jeep Wrangler with a Soft Top. It is better when the vehicle has a rear hatch door or window to hold up the vehicle sleeve. With a little bit of extra effort, you can get the tent’s vehicle sleeve to fit the Soft Top Wrangler with the required amount of tension on the vehicle sleeve.
